On March 16, 2019, UXID Bandung held an inaugural meet up event entitled “What I’ve learned being senior product designer” featuring Bady Abbas, a Senior Product Designer at DBS Bank Singapore. So Vodjo, a software company that also provides UI UX Design services, once again successfully participated as a sponsor.
During the event, Bady said that the customers felt uncomfortable opening the application in public. Therefore, the UI / UX Designer Team conducted numerous research and looked for ways to counter the problem. They needed to make it fun and engaging for the users on top of emphasizing the user’s convenience in using the app.
From the above problems, the team did several things so that their customers remained committed to using the app, they were:
- Never settle, always listen to your customers (rating and feedback)
Additionally, there were several things considered when making the application, they were:
- Think of the scalability
- Consistent isn’t uniform
- Be patient
- Be optimistic
- Always learning
- Hard work vs talent
