BPJS Ketenagakerjaan is Indonesia’s national employment social security agency, protecting millions of workers through work accident insurance, old-age savings, pensions benefits, and death benefits. Serving wage earners, non-wage earners, Indonesian migrant workers, and employers nationwide, seamless digital access is critical for effective service delivery.
We conducted comprehensive UX Research and a full website redesign to enhance navigation, visual appeal, performance, and user accessibility. The scope included visual design evaluation, navigation assessment, content analysis, performance optimization, cross-device compatibility testing, and user satisfaction measurement through surveys and interviews.
The result is a unified digital ecosystem with modern interface, intuitive navigation, and faster access to employment social security information and services for all user groups.
