Vodjo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Lead to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects. The Project Lead will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while aligning with the business goals and objectives of our clients. 

Required Skills

  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development.
  • ​​Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and having the drive to be well-organized
  • Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
  • Able to complete projects in a timely manner.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and good teamwork

Desired Skills

  • Experience in Project Management 
  • Experience with Scrum methodologies and tools
  • Experience in Budget Management.
